oh oh and dad asked mum if his friends could come over, but mum said "can we wait 'til we come back from singapore ??" and they're only coming back tomoro (that's the 16th) while chinese new year officially ends on the 15th so she's not obliged to give angpows. smart lady !!
ooh ooh and funny things i've seen this week:
1) promotion for vacuum cleaner outside action (the supermarket); ANY DING DONG CAN DO IT !!
i would love to see a ding dong vacuuming the carpet.
2) "special romantic valentine's gifts" (sic) at the pharmacy opposite action. promoting "exotica" condoms (complete with red cheongsam and triple-D boobs pointing in opposite directions, ala lady death) and "horny goat weed"
very romantic.

i would like to thank my mother and father for allowing me to join the choir, thus developing my voice. and my sister lynne for joining the brownies and teaching me that song. *sobz* this means so much to me.

a bit of a gimmicky occasion isn't it. i'm not just saying that 'coz i'm a single bitter little troll whom nobody loves, in fact i'm very loved *haha* but seriously, u have to admit that the stuffed bears/ducks/penguins/dolphins/barnyard animals with love-hearts attached to them are really *really* overdoing it.
and flowers are beautiful. but if anybody gave me a bunch of flowers, i'd probably eat them.
for anyone who cares to know, i want to be a housewife !! it's quite fun =)) and i think it's pretty rewarding too .. more so than being a teacher 'coz u only have to put up with shite from your own kids, and not from other ppl's little brats. but seriously it's *really* fun =D i'm sure my sisters will agree that i will make an excellent homemaker too .. right ?? right ??

the parents are away !! so i woke up at 6, made breakfast, heated up lunch (packed) for the sisters and washed grapes for recess.
the drive to school was uneventful (which means no accidents or even near-accidents) yay !!

my parents are away !! for those who are interested, they are in singapore. if liang is reading this, my dad's the one who knows your aunt. i think *scratches head* so fun right =)
the downside is i have to wake up at 6:30 to get their lunch n do all that motherly stuff. the plus side ?? i get full reign of the car and i get to sign notes for them !!
